Base framework is a Client-Server embeddable middleware for Home PC Media Stations, SetTop Box, or standalone Base Server. PA-Base supports both WindowsCE and Linux and includes a small-footprint natural language recognition and generation engine, fully customizable acoustic and language models, and support for standard input and output formats. Also, Front end and Recognizer both reconfigurable at runtime for, tuning, and testing as well as logging for archival and diagnostics. End user configuration and customization is via a web page.
